Booby

Booby is a supporting character in Larva Island. He is a blue-footed boobing bird that first appeared on Larva Island (Episode).

Most of the episode times, he acted as an antagonist, but on some occasions, he acted as the protagonist (specially in some episodes near ending of Larva Island Season 2).

Appearance[]

Booby is a white and blue boobing bird with a cyan face, and a lighter colored beak. His wings are tipped with light brown, and his feet are the same color cyan-blue as his face.

Personality[]

Beside his somewhat crazy personality, he’s actually an quite lovable bird whenever he likes something he would say “I Love you~” but when he hates something, he would say “I don’t love you!” (In that Pirate episode). Whenever he is happy, he will shown dancing around while laughing "Huha~huha~huha". This also can be seen because he is always in love with his duck floaty, and take a whole responsibility to take care of that turtle egg.

Other than that, he also have this thing as underlings(?) where he is faithful (not until he finally of realize what he was doing is wrong) for example in Pirate where he become Chuck's (that is under cursed pirate hat spell, Blackbeard's) side-parrot-kick and do most of what Chuck order him to (that until he saw his duck floatie is also in danger, then he betrayed chuck and saved him from the curse). Also other example that he’s welcoming Grey, Green and the silvers whilst do anything that he is ordered to (yet again scram away when the Larva Rangers form, he knows they wouldn’t won anyway?).

And lastly outside his predatory instinct to eat Mango, Red and Yellow, on most occasion, he is actually their friends (likely done due to him needed to survive from various natural disaster events). He even helped Mango and greet her goodbye at the end of Larva Pendant.

  • In the Korean language, "Booby" is supposed to be a slang for stupid and idiot (i don’t know either where they thought it from).
  • Booby has only two voice actors,  Ahn Hyo –min and Kang Si-hyun.
  • Bill Allen, John Carpenter, John Boorman, Jerry Springer, John Cleese, Eric Idle, Michael Palin, Terry Gilliam, Rowan Atkinson, Simon Callow, Bradley Bedford, Stephen Fry, Chuck Lorre, Woody Allen, Kevin Pollak, Don Stark, Gilbert Gottfried, Louie Anderson, Danny DeVito and Joe Pesci were all considered for the role of Booby, who will be a speaking character.
