Cavity is the 35th episode of season 1.
Plot[]
The episode starts with Red sitting on a bottle cap who has a toothache, suffering in pain, Yellow came here to check what is wrong with red. As he shows his teeth with a bad tooth on it much to Yellow's worriedly. Which it’s a rusty tooth on him. To solve the problem, he grabs the small string, making him open his mouth and immediately ties the bad tooth with the string. Red looked nervous that he is gonna pull out his tooth painfully. He begged Yellow not to but he thinks it will be fine. Red cowardly struggles from this is he thinks it’s okay, yellow was about to do it. So he immediately runs away with the string to take the bad tooth out from Red's. But he chases after him.
Seeing this, Yellow runs away to the other way but red chases him to. He made red look what is there and he immediately pushed himself to pull towards red, but it didn’t work. At the next scene, yellow and red are on top of a big abandoned glass bottle, didn’t want to do this, but Yellow pushed Red off as he almost fall down, Red immediately jumps and hit the glass bottle. Yellow checks after red if this plan worked but some of his teeth came out. nervous, he kicks Yellow away.
Violet popped out the ground next to Yellow and he looks at him, Yellow has an idea the he could use him as he was heavily to take out Red's tooth out. Red's bad tooth was now connected into the grate, and the end attached to Yellow and Violet. The big purple ghost slug attempts to jump like a cannon ball and stomps on the ground so loudly that it pulled Red upwards, he falls down to The ground and happily thinks his bad tooth is "gone" finally that Yellow managed to do This. He happily faces to the camera but his entire jaw swings as he saw his jaw, shocked, that Violet was the one pulled out his entire jaw accidentally. Much to his chagrin as he faces to the camera. (Hence breaking the fourth wall.)
Epilogue[]
Yellow ends up having a toothache in his mouth! Red can deal with the problem by using a rope to take out his bad tooth out. Yellow begs Red Not to do this, but he does it anyways (wanting for a revenge). When he tries to take the bad tooth out, his jaw came out again!

Trivia[]
- The animation with Yellow running while Red chases after him before getting slammed each other was used in the intro.
- This is the 3rd appearance of Violet.
- Was Red's jaws were always a fake teeth? hinting his teeth does broke many times in the past, or was this his actual set of teeth and gums that forced pulled out from his skeleton? (my god the pain).
- It's unknown of why did Yellow has a toothache in the epilogue.
