Diet is the 26th episode of Season 2.
Plot[]
In the house, Red smugly and Pink shockingly looked at Yellow, who has become very overweight from eating too much food. Red, amused by it, plays with Yellow's belly and even uses it as a trampoline, much to his amusement and Yellow's dismay. Angered, Pink slaps Red away as she looks at Yellow, who is trying to approach her as she goes away in shame. She goes to where Rainbow is as Yellow is behind her and attempts to comfort her, but she smacks his tongue away. Rainbow, seeing this, decides to reveal who he has obtained his muscular body by doing cardio workout non-stop as he flexes his muscles and abs and even winks at Pink, who she is surprised by but looks at Yellow, who winks at her aswell. Not wanting to break Yellow's heart, she walks away in shame still as Yellow and Rainbow try to reach out to her. Yellow, thinking that his fatness made Pink hate him, cries in dismay and shame until Rainbow offers his hand to him, wanting to help him lose weight and become as muscular as him, and Yellow gladly accepts, ready to go on a diet and workout!
On the next day, Rainbow and Yellow are working out by doing poses while listening to music. When Red notices them, thinking they are dancing, laughs at them and makes silly poses until Rainbow kicks him away. Next, Yellow is running on Rainbow's legs like a treadmill, then Rainbow is helping Yellow do sit-ups even when the latter starts farting. As eager Yellow wants to eat a sausage, Rainbow steps on it and gestures Yellow to continue in order to win Pink's heart. Lastly, Yellow has his belly taped against Rainbow's bottom as the latter vibrates on them like a vibrating machine.
After a long session of workout, Yellow has become muscular (even tanned) and manly like Rainbow. Really strong, that he is able to bump rocks at Rainbow's chest and break them as they both laugh. Knowing now that it is the time to show Pink his new body form, he pulls out a few flowers and starts to imagine how Pink would react to his manly body and thinking they will even kiss. When he notices Pink doing something inside the flower pot, he runs up to her and jumps at her... only to notice that Pink has became as fat like him before.
He stops infront of her, bewilderned and shocked at what he is seeing as his heart bumps. Pretending to think that nothing happened, he slams the flowers to the floor and starts to whistle a lovely tune while walking away from Pink, much to her confusion. As Yellow is leaving Pink while keep on whistling, Pink slowly starts to cry, thinking she also ashamed Yellow like she did to him. As she is crying, Yellow climbs up behind her and, not wanting Pink to be ashamed, immediately eats up all the food around him, becoming fat again like her. Surprised, yet filled with joy, Pink jumps at Yellow and kisses him, much to the latter's delight as sakura petals fall down romantically around them.
Epilogue[]
As fat Yellow and Pink are walking around, they both notice Rainbow's shell. Wanting to visit him and show him how they look like now, Yellow knocks on Rainbow's shell, causing a now-fat Rainbow (who is now on a diet after presumably eating a sausage) to come out as-well, much to the couple's shock. Rainbow then offers a piece from a sausage, to which they gladly accept and eat it, while they look at the viewers as Rainbow gives them a thumbs up.

- In this episode, Yellow got fat, but eventually got muscled.
- This is the only episode where Pink is seen fat.
- This show is how ridiculous that Pink's standard is, she doesn't want a fat boyfriend yet, she's being fat is just okay? she often abuse the two larvae too for being in love with her, not to mention how easy she fell for Rainbow with a little wink flirt like back in Secret of Snail's epilogue where she also fell for Rainbow.
- Yellow's muscular tan after the training montage is exactly the same like in Ski Jump.
- Strangely enough, Rainbow has two mouths in the epilogue. However the trunk was his mouth at his first appearance in the episode Snail, was this possibly a mistake?.
