Flood 1 is the 29th episode of Season 1, Flood 2 is the 39th episode of Season 1. and there is also another Flood episode, the 85th episode of Season 3
Plot
Flood 1 Season 1
The sewer is flooded with water. Red and Yellow get on a log, barely avoiding the water, suddenly a monster fish appears and threatens Red and Yellow. They find a vine that hangs in the sewer grill and manage to flee from the fish by climbing it up. But the vine cannot hold both weight. Red tries to run away from Navy, who threatens to get him. Yellow uses the vine and swings to save Red but accidentally pushes Red into Navy.
Flood 2 Season 1
Red and Yellow end up on a log in a flooded Sewer. Navy follows them biting on their log when the larva jump on Navy. As they fall down a waterfall Red uses Navy's light to fly back up. Navy leaves as the Larva fall back down the waterfall and are unable to get back up.
Flood Season 3
Yellow and red swim and get onto a floating empty sardine can, not long after grey that was drowned passes their can, yellow poked him and he back to conscious as he also get onto the can. But after that he got hungry and was about to eat them both, so yellow and red quickly shut his mouth and jump to navy as he roars, grey also did the same shut his mouth. But after yellow and red tossed to him, navy stab the can so it will also drown, grey quickly kicks red in order to seal the hole, but yet another multiple stab to the can as now both yellow and red inflates due the water pressure, now grey use them as jetpacks and flies away, sadly to land directly to the sea as other navy packs sorrounds them, and they tried to save themselves.
Epilogue
Flood 1 Season 1
We can see that Red and yellow tries to survive from the flood once again, yellow stuck on top a bottle while red stuck in what it seems to be a lump of dirt. As yellow struggles on the bottle and red laughs at him, turns out the lump he standing in was an octopus monster.
Flood 2 Season 1
Red and yellow flies by red steering yellow as his tongue works like a copter, but its not enough for them to fly, so yellow fart to boost both of them up
Flood Season 3
grey mocked the navy packs as he uses red and yellow as his water jetpacks, but not long after that a huge bird came and catches them

- The epilogue of flood 1 episode firstly introduce octopus (even in his scary-ish form) (you could say, his pilot version)
