Kkondae (nicknamed as Sprite) is one of the martians characters in Larva in Mars series. From the official teaser, its known that Sprite (Kkondae) is a pretty straight forward guy, he likes jokes and exploring new hobbies, meanwhile he hates to stay still and blabbering/unnecessary chit-chat. Him along other 4 martians are competing which each other to show who will be taken back to earth alongside Yellow and Red on their "Bring Martian back to Earth mission".
In the series, he didn't compete with other martians to come to earth. He might even be the mars city mayor since he index every martian citizens into his tablet.
Look[]
Kkondae looks like a moustached octopus/slime, he has purple body, and some light purple moustaches that resembling tentacles, also some light purple spots on his head. He has one singular brown eye that has vertical iris (resembles Squidward Tentacles) that can change into symbols.
Personality[]
From the teaser description in instagram, it seems that Sprite is a hyperactive and outgoing martians, it also indicates he likes to surf and camping too. He could be also impatient because he hates to "to beat around the bush" or he just straight-forward. Much more about him is not yet shown.
In the series, he's actually very sweet and silly. He index every martian citizens, and has a hobby on painting thus he opens Art Therapy of his.

He comforts him by saying he's a Fan of Tteobali.
In the series, they hardly interact, beside him and Bethes helping him with indexing Yellow and Red.
Bethes[]
Kkondae & Bethes are friends, but Kkondae can't stand Bethes' shopaholic behaviour.
Unlike Tteobali, In the series, they hardly interact, beside Tteobali and him helping him indexing Yellow and Red. Also when Bethes is tired helping his own therapy music patients, he went to Kkondae's art therapy.
Chef Peng and Parch[]
Friends, but hardly seen bonding with them.
Unlike Bethes, In the series they hardly interact, except Parch helping him if he needs anything in the store.
Yellow and Red[]
The two troublemakers, in their work shift they patiently help him choosing goods on the store.
In Slurp Slurp, Red mistakes his mustache for noodles and attacks him trying to ripping it off him. Kkondae also was just trying get to know them as newcomers when he put their profile in index, but Red slams the door at him, Tteobali and Bethes.
Trivia[]
- He might be heavily inspired by Squidward from Spongebob SquarePants (many hobbies interest, could be also hates annoying unnecessary things too), it turns out to be true when he has many hobbies like Squidward.
- He is the 2nd octopus (he's kinda look like one, like Mr. Octopus.) character in Larva.
- Him along other martians is the first sole alien characters that is not a background characters like in Season 1 (some aliens do appears) and also 2D characters in this series' franchise.
- Kkondae's name when translated from Korean to English, translates into "Old man".
- He has observatory and art gallery museum that also serves as art therapy.
