Larva Family is the 5th season of the Larva franchise, right after the 4th season, Larva Island, but came out after Larva Pendant in May 4, 2023 in Netflix, and it also will air in RCTI, but the date remains unknown. According to the Original Release for Netflix website, it will get a second season. It will be released in around this year (2025), but the exact release date is unknown.

In this new season, after Yellow and Red are captured by Mauve (in the Larva Pendant ending) that flies to them inside the greenhouse of a new location (that is close to New York, and the Island), they begin their adventures inside the greenhouse while raising a new larva, Magenta. Their parenthood adventures begins now.

Trivia[]

  • This season got very much backlash from the viewers due to Yellow and Red becoming dads (they thought they were gay), along with Yellow giving birth to Magenta (mpreg), and also Big Brown being the urine gag which is very disgusting.
  • This is the first season that focuses on another character while beside Yellow and Red, which is Magenta.
  • The Larva Rangers ARC are also toned down for a bit, the villain is less threatening, and they're focusing the villains to the Wasps now.
  • This is the first season where the predators become friends with the prey (Grey), also become one of the rangers.
  • All of the episodes have three segments except for Larva Rangers, which has two segments.
  • The only episodes with a translation sequence (that was the same as Larva Island) are Fart and Wild Life.
