Magenta is the main protagonist of Larva Family.
Her first debut was in The Baby and adopted by Yellow, eventually, she gets metamorphosis into a bee in Pupa.
Physical appearance[]
Child[]
Magenta is a bee larva with magenta skin, an antenna similar to Pink but in magenta color. Pink lips and has pink stripes. After she finished her metamorphosis phase, she is now a bee with same soft pink face, rosy blush, a thick pink lips, same pink eye, her antennae turned a little darker on the edge.
Teenager/Adult[]
She now has twintail curly hair, a fuzzy white thorax, a darker version of her magenta stripes on her body and dark violet arms and legs. She also has 4 pairs of wings now, but unlike other bees its closer to wasp/hornet or dragonfly like wings.
Personality[]
As her baby phase which is logically known all babies is fussy, easy to cry, etc. But as for Magenta, she is a quick learner and a hyperactive baby, also a cheer one too even if she will cry easily from anything (she's a baby of course she will behave like that). After she metamorph into a bee, she still has her childish and cheerful personality. Although, she is now more braver and caring just like how yellow raised her to be someone caring, while red raised her to be someone strong.

Relationship[]
Yellow[]
Yellow is the one giving birth to her (he accidentally ate her egg mistaken it as a Pink berry), as soon she opens her eyes, she started calling him "papa". She always clingy to him (like a normal kid would do), and most of her actions is reflected from Yellow. Even after she grown into a bee, she still really cares about her dads (she's concern that sometimes her dads act childish like that time where they got maniac on the episode; smartphone, and acting arrogant in the ping-pong competition, plus their disappearance really make her sad).
Red[]
At first, Red is like someone who didn't care about her at all, but after he spends time with Big Brown, he then started to miss Yellow and Her. Even though that he’s still acting selfish (or more like a big annoying brother than a father to her) he still cares about her, after she grow up into a bee, red become a protective father now (all that father behaviour when someone tries to date their daughter).
Tan[]
Due to her baby size is bigger than any insects even her fathers, Magenta started to hang around Tan when she save him from falling off his nest while trying to escape. They bond close together with Magenta teach all the stuff to Tan and make him more braver than he is before. Tan even really scared when she is in cocoon (he really worried that he shakes her cocoon while crying frantically, just until big brown stop him). Even after he grow up into juvenile owl, he still close to her. They are besties
Mauve[]
As Tan mom that is usually make her son to eat insects, at first she is disapproving that her son playing with Magenta. But after "Union" episode, that she accidently hurt herself that she cant fly and Magenta keep being by her side to protect her, and giving her food. Mauve now treat Magenta as one of her kid (although of course Tan will always be her number one priority), she is now less aggressive towards her since she knows that Magenta is a great kid. She even proud at her during larva rangers episodes for saving everyone.
Mony & Momo[]
She treats them like their big sisters, even sometimes that they will beat her fathers. (but it was too fair sometimes because of Yellow and Red being troublemakers.)
Mocha[]
Mocha started to developed a love interest toward Magenta after she grown into a bee, precisely its because the granny bee that wanted the hive to be full of babies that she started to pair Mocha and Magenta together. At first they still treat each other as siblings (all that fighting thing), just until they are trapped under a broken lamp, Mocha hurt himself, so Magenta quickly try to heal him and get them out from there. At that, Mocha started developing a crush on her, Magenta didn't notice this of course, she only view him as a big brother. After several failed attempts of date activities, Mocha's confession is obliterated because there's a mayfly boy band concert in this world that steal Magenta's heart first leaving him to sob as Yellow and Red (that is super protective before and failing his dating activities, because you know; angry dads.) comforts him.
Bee (colony of bees)[]
Although one of them tries to pair her with Mocha, even if they failed, they still try to pair her up. Of course, Magenta has no any idea of this and treats them as friendly neighbours.
Grizzly[]
like the others, she treats him pretty badly but not as bad as the others, because he is kleptomaniac. But its all toned down since him and Momo are dating, she saw them as lovely couples (even if sometimes, she made a puking face whenever they smooching each other).
Big Brown[]
As one of someone that can handle to babysit her while she's still a larva, she treats him as the respectful elder (even if Red, most of the time, tries to get her away from him because his pee drink habit, but other than that he is actually the only capable and responsible babysitter).
Wasps[]
At first, since the queen and one of its underlings pretend to be her "real parents" by colouring themselves with berries so that they look like her. Her first instinct was right (she acts aggressive towards them, even Yellow, but they tries to toned it down because Red thinks they are her "real parents"), she started to like them because the queen gave her a blue hair accessory. When the two pretends to act all royalty, she feels ashamed that how she act is because of Yellow and Red acting as savages, she tries to copy the wasps. When the wasps ask her to join a party in the bee hive, even after Yellow tries to stop her, she ignores him as she follow them to the hive, leaving yellow really devastated that his daughter's act this way to him, as Red calm him down. But after the wasps shows who are they, she starts fighting with them, even after the big battle of her and the queen wasps where she almost fall to her demise, Magenta still tries to help her even that caused Yellow and Red to disappear (washed to the sea). There are 3 baby wasps larvaes that is used as slaves to the queen wasps, she tries to rescue them even after they sort of betray her she still tries to save them, after the big fight she decided to look after them just like Yellow's look after her as she misses her dads that is no longer seen in the greenhouse.
Crabsformer's kids and The Mudskipper kids[]
Due to her and her dads to washed up all the way to island, while her dads is chatting up with their old friends, Magenta plays around their kids as they troubled yellow a lot.
Grey[]
As the one who turned Yellow as a zombie mind and a mutant by his chemical mix, of course, she treats him as an enemy as she fights him as a rangers along the others. But after the fight ends, they make a truce (?).
The silvers[]
They didn't really communicate each other, but pretty sure she treats them just like an enemy for hurting her friends and her dads.
Firefly[]
She treat her as a friend/big sister kind of thing, although the firefly true motive is making Magenta into an undead like she is. But after she reunited with her long lost and also dead son, they leave Magenta with her dads together also as happy as them.
Trivia[]
- Yellow was the one that gave birth to her (because he ate her egg after mistaken it as a berry) but how come the egg isn't dissolved by his stomach acid? idk man magic.
- Her concept mother was Asphalt from the old Instagram leak during the Larva Pendant promotion campaign.
- She looks like Spinel and Jollibee combined together (yes that one meme).
- Yellow, Red and her pass Mango during their travel to the island.
- She is one of the characters that can use human tech devices (either it's a phone, TV, radio, etc), the other ones are Yellow, Red, Grey, Green, and Maroon.
- Magenta's voice actress, Lee MyungHi (이명희), also Korean dubs Little Marceline from Adventure Time, and Twizzly Gummy Cookie from the Cookie Run franchise. In real life, bees don't have 4 wings, what means that magenta is actually a wasp/hornet.
- Despite being a magenta larva (as her name suggests), some people mistake her as a pink or purple larva (not said as Pink and Violet).
Abilities[]
- Learning from Yellow and Red, she has several skills she imitate from them:
- Snot attack/whip.
- Headbutt/ kick with her lower body part as a baby larva.
- Deadly fart, can be used as fly option as a baby larva.
- Tears manipulation, can become some kind of bullet, or even hands.
- Once she is a honey bee, she still skilled in combat and now can use her sting like a sword.
- Can operate the smartphone easily, a quick learner if must say.
