Mondo Media is a leading innovator in the use of new media platforms for the delivery of high-quality animation targeted at teens and young adults. "Mondo Mini Shows" are distributed as an ad-supported, virtual animation channel via the Internet, podcasts and mobile. Mondo's most successful show "Happy Tree Friends" has evolved into a global franchise, and has been adapted into a TV series, home video line, mobile phenomenon, video games, and line of merchandise.
Mondo Media was founded in 1988 by John Evershed and Deidre O'Malley. Mondo initially created content for tech companies, then developed two video games, Critical Path (1993) and The Daedalus Encounter (1995) under the name Mechadeus. The latter half of the 1990s saw Mondo focus its efforts towards animation, including Mondo Mini Shows for the Internet which eventually became Mondo's main business.
Speaking on larva this show used to aired in Mondo back then same place where happy tree friends aired as well. I have this one useless theory about it, so remember back in season 1 green used to bleed? When red and yellow fell on his back while he's picking his nose? That is the very first time blood was shown. But, turns out in several storyboards even yellow and red bleed too (red kicking yellow to the screen thing they shown yellow bleed in the Straw storyboard). But due its "age restriction thing" they almost never show any blood except that Super Glue episode.
And the bugs characters that often died and then shows up perfectly fines whenever new episodes are shown. You know that cartoon gag, no matter what happens in one episode in other episodes any characters will be fine just like HTF.
