Navy is an anglerfish who swims in the sewers and new york city when it's flooded. Navy is only seen chasing the larva and jumping out of the water to attack the larva. also, he started as a goldfish before being thrown into the rotten water.

Navy is a colorful anglerfish that dominant with brown color with gnarly fins, the spike top head and deep red eyes.

the episode Aquarium is his original story before his transformation. As His original form was a small goldfish, but he mutated into an anglerfish because he was thrown by Red & Yellow into the rotten dirty water.
