Parch

Parch, (unfortunately unlike other martians, their nickname are redacted. Ex: !?@#$). is one of the martians characters in Larva in Mars. From the official teaser, it’s known that Parch is a calm robot who is tired of their super advanced busy and loud life, they like natures and hates noisy cities. Them along other 4 martians are competing which each other to show who will be taken back to earth along Yellow and Red on their "Bring Martian back to Earth mission".

In the actual series itself, Parch is a very abusive push-over but also greedy, a real opportunist who will try selling anything at anytime, he will push Red and Yellow (that is now officially inside his convenience store employee, by cheating) and hurt them even though they do nothing wrong. this maybe because he is pressured to reach his other side mars secret mission by the secret evil scientist (one of them looking like a cowboy) that need to collect mars gems to manipulate whatever the power it holds.

Look[]

Parch is a robot possibly an Artificial Intelligence (AI) martians, with a capsule like a blue body that has cropped navy R triangle on their body, several dark grey limbs connectors, black screen monitor face with yellow "eye" image, also black hands, and light grey limbs, they float and has nonexistent legs. In who are you?, its was revealed that he has green slime inside his robotic body.

Personality[]

The teaser description says that parch is a calm robot who loves nature, they want a "lazy life in nature", so either parch is a green-thumb or typical hipster stereotype, it also stated that parch also hates noisy cities just like peng, maybe parch is also an introvert. much more about parch is unknown.

But in the actual series, since he's always under pressured by the scientist he become very abusive and bossy, also a pushover who need to reach his goal. he's also a opportunist, by taking every situation to monetize it so he can gather more gems for his mission.

Relationship[]

Red and Yellow[]

Since the two cheat their way to become the store workers, parch set some impossible terms for them like not going to bathroom if there's a customers no matter how badly they need to go, or even will beat them up if they cant do anything right like he do.

Parch regularly abuse them, even when they don't do anything wrong and work hard, he seems to take pleasure in hurting them. it's even questionable whether he actually care enough to pay them wage, because when those two gets arrested, he never bother to bail his only employees.

Chef Peng[]

The teasers said that peng loves snacks made by him, and peng also understand his language making them besties.

In the series that they are hardly interacted, parch only helps him around when he need something in the store.

Tteobali[]

Tteobali says, him and peng hates him because he always hungry and will steal food, parch even somewhat beat him up. but they made up afterwards.

In the series, he failed to be the workers because he destroy the goods when stocking it on the stalls, which makes parch angry at him.

Bethes[]

Friends, but can’t stand his shopping spree.

In the series, he's the perfect candidate for his store but sadly due to Yellow and Red's cheat, pranking Bethes to be “late” on his very first day as worker. he never make it…

Kkondae[]

Friends, but hardly seen bonding with him and peng.

In the series where they hardly interacted, parch only helps him around when he needed something in the store.

Trivia[]

Only him and peng shows an interaction together from the teaser description, both hates loud noises, could be both of them are chef? because peng loves snacks that made by parch, and the name "chef" peng.
Their personality could be similar to Crabsformer (less aggressive though) since both are robot (crabsformer is kinda half robot) characters in the franchise, or it could be parch is the winkle of this series, same love to cook, and calm personality. (winkle from cafe winkle same TubaN series production, winkle plays as the cafe owner and also always seen together with muffin that also resembling chef peng’s personality.)
Them along other martians is the first sole alien characters that is not a background characters like in Season 1 (some aliens do appears) and also 2D characters in the show's franchise.
Their nickname is symbols/redacted maybe because it’s in an unknown code language (as the symbols translator are none in match).
From the official teasers, Parch does speak in symbols, there’s no clear translation method yet for his robo languange.
Parch can be considered a villain, he mostly abuses Red and Yellow for unknown reasons, unlike the predators who try to eat them to survive, or the other characters who get their revenge because the Larvae hurt them first.
Parch is a nanobot, a very teeny tiny robot. But somehow he has slime inside his robotic body, is he really a robot?
Although in most of the time, he is seen as strong enough to beat yellow and red very often, and is really flexible. He can’t fight bigger creatures, for example: the alien insectivorous plant he planted that ends up eating him causing big damage to himself.
He only has robotic noises at first, but since Free Seed, and the renewed episode on 17 February 2024, they added his voice.
In the youtube playlist description, their name is mistranslated to Peach. (Probably an error)
Parch's way of charging himself is like normal phones using charging cabels, the one that red ate in the episode slurp slurp!, big chance too.
