Staring Contest is the 64th episode of Season 1 in Larva.
Plot[]
The Episode starts with Red and Yellow playing the staring contest. But after 5 seconds, Red immediately closed his eyes due to sun burn. Yellow was the winner as he slaps Red violently. As a clout popped out of of his head. Yellow laughs at this, so they retry the game. But after 5 seconds again. Red does the thing that fail again, closing his eyes. Much to his dismay, Yellow slaps him again. Red decides to quit this game as his clout disappears.
Red, angered, decides to train how to not blink and he could win over Yellow. So he poke his eyes and scraping them into the ground, much to his injury. So he tries to win over other Characters to win. The first one was Rainbow that is eating mushrooms on the ground. Red then immediately stars as him for the staring contest. he holds his eyes tight as he put of match sticks to his eyes, but for seconds, Rainbow slowly closed his eyes. Red successfully wins over the slow snail. The next one was Black that is punching his cocoon. Red threw a rock on him and insulted him as he is in anger. He is about to punch Red with his fist. But the red caterpillar popped his eyes to stare at Black’s fist. But only to get punched violently by him, as he fly to the sky with a happy, injured face.
After the Training, Yellow is seen drawing a drawing of Red, using a white pencil. Red then came to see Yellow, with his cover cloth fly away from his eyes. Red then open his eyes to reveal glowing shines from his eyes as Yellow almost got blind folded from this. Red tries to get the last staring contest game so he could win. As he closes his eyes, but Yellow unknowingly draws at his face.
The game is on. But after lots of hours, he instead fainted after staring at him for lots of hours and burnt his eyes. But it was revealed that Yellow cheated on this game by drawing fake eyes from his closed eyes. A music of boings are heard off-screen as Yellow then attempted to draw fake eyes into Red’s Eyes, thus ending the episode.
Epilogue[]
After the episode, Yellow is seen drawing on Red’s face. He is completely done as he laughs at his hobbies and scrams away. But when Red faced to the fourth wall, his face got crazy vandalized…

Injuries[]
- Red gets slapped hard by Yellow because he won, tortured his own eyes, gets punched in the mouth by Black, and faints after staring at Yellow for 12 hours.

- The epilogue was a recall of Out of Body.
- The race song from Snail returns again.
- This episode shows one of Yellow's hobbies/drawing. (he will do it often in the upper season.)
