Training is the 8 episode in season 5 (Larva Family).
Plot[]
Red and Yellow are very tired, but Magenta is full of energy. The trio were building a sand cake when a piece of bubble wrap destroys their sand cake. Magenta seems interested in the bubble wrap. Yellow puts it on his back like a cape. Magenta runs after Yellow and steps on the cape throwing Yellow into her. Magenta flew from the place. Yellow worriedly runs after her and finds her in Big Brown's arms. Red also comes there and when he sees him, he runs to hit Big Brown but he doesn't succeed. Red and Yellow notice Big Brown's muscles and they also want training. Big Brown accepts. Training starts hard for the larvae, but in time they showed progress and gained strength and even abilities (Red could run on water). The larvae thank Big Brown and return to Magenta. They again take a bubble wrap and put it on as a cape. Magenta runs to them but they were trained and had strength. They reached the lake, Red shows his talent and runs on the water. Magenta also jumps into the water, but she no longer came to the surface. Yellow was already starting to panic when Magenta comes out on the back of a fish in the air. The fish throws them ,but Yellow farts and flies with Red and Magenta. They reach a bamboo that was quite unstable, Magenta sneezes and unbalances the bamboo. They jump to a house next to the bamboo, but they don't reach and fall. Luckily Big Brown catches them and pulls them upstairs in the house. Magenta is playing with Big Brown and accidentally hits him on the chest, cracking his shell. Light comes out of the crack, but Yellow takes action and farts around Red and Magenta making his own ''tornado''. They wake up in a dimension with mini islands. There, Red and Yellow were giants with transparent bodies. Magenta plays with them. With them hugging and return to normal, then sleep in their bed.

- If Red and Yellow gained super strength, why didn't they use it in other episodes so far?
